Conversion of a mid-terraced 3-bed house to a 7-bed HMO property

Redesigned a dated probate 3 bedroom Victorian family home back to its use. Designed facilities from the ground up to specifically cater to Co-Living Tenants to reduce the friction points and have happier tenants. We are adding the en-suites to all the rooms and creating a multi-purpose communal space that encourages our tenants to work, socialise, cook and spend time together. As bringing the outside in is a massive trend for interiors this year, we chose GREEN for our latest project as we love to showcase how GREEN gives life to a lovely HOME.
