With a tight budget and limited time to complete the project before the tenants move in, it has pushed us to think more creatively about what can we do to bring this tired flat into a cosy comfortable home. With just a fresh lick of paint, colouring the kitchen tile grout, re-design the furniture layout and all the soft furnishings, we manage to only spend £5000 and give this flat a fresh new look in just 2 weeks.
