Designed facilities from the ground up to specifically cater to Co-Living Tenants to reduce the friction points and have happier tenants. Reconfigured the Space to optimise bedroom sizes and Communal Space by taking space from existing family bathrooms and hallways creating larger than average rooms. Design-led interiors utilising a bold colour palette and combining with curated furnishings to make the property stand out in the market.
