  • Your loan earns interest from the day it arrives in our account.

  • Your loan is repaid on the last day of its term along with any interest.

  • Yes, we accept third-party SSAS loans. We have worked with a number of SSAS Administrators and therefore understand SSAS compliance requirements.

  • Our typical fees are 2% of purchase price for sourcing and 10% of refurbishment costs to manage any required works.

  • We typically charge 12% Management for Buy to Let Properties and 18% for HMOs.

    Any HMOs managed under a partnership agreement would be at a reduced 12% rate.
